Broad Differential Diagnosis:
The differential diagnosis included thoracic outlet syndrome and bicipital tendonitis. Deep vein thrombosis and superficial vein thrombosis were low on the differential but present. Additional possible diagnoses included cervical radiculopathy, subacromial impingement or rotator cuff tear.
