An ultrasound doppler of the right upper extremity was found a deep axillary vein thrombosis with critical stenosis. Subsequent angiogram of right upper extremity confirmed critical occlusion of the deep axillary vein. Chest X-ray was normal in appearance with no accessory rib noted. Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2
