Echo: normal RV and LV function, no valvular defects, normal left main coronary origin, unable to visualize right coronary origin 3. Exercise EKG stress test: no ischemic changes or arrhythmias 4. Cardiac MR angiography: anomalous right coronary artery (RCA) off the left sinus of Valsalva Case Photo #1 5.
