1. Fracture of radial or ulnar sesamoid bones at the first metacarpophalangeal joint
2. Fracture of the proximal first phalanx
3. First metacarpophalangeal joint dislocation
4. Gamekeeper's thumb (UCL Sprain)
5. Radial collateral ligament injury of the first metacarpophalangeal joint.
