Objective An educational resource of high-quality, de-identified images and videos displaying common and unique sports ultrasound pathology in case format. Anyone is welcome to submit cases. Dynamic Ulnar Nerve Dislocation A 40-year-old male presented to clinic describing a shock-like sensation, numbness, pain and weakness in the left forearm with preacher curls. Numbness extended into the medial left hand. Symptomed were provoked with left hand hyperflexion and hyperextension.

MCL Injury A 46-year-old female presented for a medial-sided left knee injury that occurred 5 days prior in Muay Thai training. Her opponent struck her knee on the lateral side causing a valgus force to the knee. Exam demonstrated mild swelling and tenderness to palpation at the medial femoral epicondyle and 1-2+ laxity with valgus stress test.

Trigger Finger A 73-year-old right-hand-dominant female presented for months of intermittent triggering and locking of the right fourth finger. Dynamic triggering of the digit was appreciated on exam with active flexion and extension.
