Lab Studies:
B12, ESR, TSH, folate, HgbA1C, and copper were all within normal limits. ANA and HIV were negative. CSF from lumbar puncture was negative for Lyme. CSF cultures showed no growth, but positive for oligoclonal bands, MOG/NMO antibody negative.

Other Studies:
MRI brain and cervical spine showed no acute findings. MRI thoracic spine Case Photo #1 showed a 2 cm enhancing lesion at T8-T9. MRI lumbar spine showed diffuse degenerative disc disease, moderate canal stenosis.
