Left Foot X-ray: Normal
MRI left foot: Normal. Non-pathologic minimal fluid was seen within the flexor hallucis longus sheath as this communicates with the joint space.
EMG/NCS: Moderate tarsal tunnel syndrome.

Consultations:
Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and Podiatry.
He received three diagnostic/ therapeutic tarsal tunnel corticosteroid injections each two weeks apart, leading to 70% relief of symptoms following the third.
