Labs were significant for: Cr of 2.2; Lactate 11; AST 1203, ALT 379, ALP 132; CK 82671; Troponin 0.49 then 0.56 then 0.40; UA with 2+ protein.

Other Studies:
MRI brain: no evidence of hypothalamic damage or other sequela of heat stroke related injury.
CXR: no acute cardiopulmonary abnormalities.

Consultations:
MICU was consulted for admission.
