Broad Differential Diagnosis: Post-hoc review of literature showed no published record of supraclavicular hematoma or mass in young collegiate athletes. Cases of supraclavicular lymphadenopathy or any mass in the neck of unknown origin were identified, including isolated lipomas, angiomatous lymphoid hamartoma, malignant lymphomas, primary hydatid cysts, and lymphatic duct cysts . Neck and supraclavicular lymphadenopathy are most commonly associated with conditions causing generalized lymphadenopathy, such as leukemia, Epstein-Barr virus, Cytomegalovirus, HIV, and Toxoplasma infection.
