Left Elbow Radiographs: Joint effusion without evidence of fracture. Anterior and posterior fat pad sign. Case Photo #1
Left Elbow MRI: Non-displaced intra-articular olecranon fracture with proximal ulnar bone marrow edema suggestive of contusion and/or stress reaction changes. Case Photo #2 Edema of the flexor digitorum superficialis, flexor digitorum profundus, flexor carpi ulnaris. UCL sprain versus soft tissue injury. Small partial thickness cartilage defect of the posterior humeral trochlea.
