Imaging Studies: Right shoulder x-ray is unremarkable.
In-office ultrasound reveals hyperechoic signal in the soft tissue surrounding the coracoid process and hypoechoic signal around the subscapularis tendon. Other cuff muscles appear normal. Normal AC Joint. Posterior labrum appears normal. Suprascapular nerve is visualized in the notch and appears normal.

Orthopedic Surgery consulted after patient worked with PT for several months. See working diagnosis.
