<br>CTA Pelvis demonstrated a large 11.0 x 6.7 x 16.9 cm fluid collection within the rectus femoris muscle measuring slightly higher than water density consistent with a large intramuscular hematoma. No ongoing bleeding or extravasation was seen. This was contained within the muscle belly.
