EKG: normal sinus rhythm without ST segment changes or T-wave inversions. Rate of 72. No axis deviation. [Phot 1]
Transthoracic echocardiogram: ejection fraction of 55-60% with no wall motion abnormalities.
Coronary Angiography: proximal dissection of the left main artery extending to the left anterior descending artery, left circumflex artery, and the ramus with ejection fraction (EF) 10%. Case Photo #2
