Lab Studies:
4 view left knee Xrays: Normal alignment and no fracture. ACL tunnel. Normal patellar height and tilt. No osteochondral degenerative change.

Non-contrast magnetic resonance imaging of the left knee: 1. Large longitudinal bucket-handle tear of the body and posterior horn of medial meniscus with meniscal tissue flipped anteriorly and into the intercondylar notch 2. Multidirectional tear of lateral meniscus body 3. Low grade partial tear of the anterior cruciate ligament.
