Lab Studies: PT: 14.4, INR: 1.16 WBC: 4.0, H/H: 16.1/49, Plts: 266 ESR: 2, CRP Other Studies: MRI of his left shoulder was obtained Case Photo #3 and showed a 1.5 cm lesion in proximal humeral epiphysis with additional extensive edema-like signal extending into the metaphysis. Pathology performed a core needle biopsy of the lesion that showed chondroblastoma. Tumor cells expressed s100 protein but there were no organisms on gram stain and very few WBC.
