Labs: CBC, iron studies, ferritin, PT, PTT, INR, CMP, beta-HCG, Beta-2 Glycoprotein antibodies, Lupus Anticoagulant screen were negative.

Other Studies:
Lower Extremity Venous Doppler:
The RIGHT lower extremity was imaged, assessed by Doppler, and appears patent with no evidence of deep venous thrombosis within the imaged veins.
The following LEFT-sided veins revealed evidence of ACUTE DEEP VENOUS THROMBOSIS (DVT): popliteal vein (totally occluding); prox peroneal vein (totally occluding) and mid peroneal vein (partially occluding)

CT Venogram: Right common iliac artery impresses upon the anterior aspect of the left common iliac vein, which may be seen in May-Thurner Syndrome
