Lab Studies:
Hemoglobin 11.0, Hematocrit 34.7%, normal iron studies and electrolytes. Blood Urea Nitrogen 91 mg/dL, Creatinine 3.8 mg/dL. Calcium 9.0 mg/dL, Glomerular Filtration Rate 22 ml/min/BSA, and estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate for Cystatin C = 25 ml/min/BSA. Parathyroid Hormone 73 pg/mL, and Vitamin D 38 ng/ml. Urine Albumin:Creatinine ratio was 120.6 mg/g. Negative UA. Positive Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) IgG.

Other Studies:
A kidney biopsy from 2020 showed diffuse mesangial proliferation, focal endocapillary hypercellularity, fibrocellular crescents, tubulointerstitial fibrosis, acute tubular necrosis, and tubular interstitial nephritis.
