Point of care ultrasound was performed in clinic and revealed a cortical buckling of the proximal radius opposite to the radial tuberosity Case Photo #1 . No significant effusion nor muscle or ligament injuries were identified. The initial radiographs were later provided on disc which revealed a non displaced and non angulated buckle fracture of the proximal radius. Case Photo #2 .
