Lab Studies: CBC and liver function tests within normal limits CRP: less than 1.0 TSH: 1.23 Vitamin D level 2 years ago: 36.5 Current Vitamin D level: 54 Other Studies: X-ray of right lower extremity revealed a non-displaced subtle linear fracture lucency in distal third of right tibial shaft. Case Photo #1 DXA Bone Densitometry performed 2 years ago: Pediatric Z-scores were as follows: AP spine was -2.3, left hip total -1.8, and hip femoral neck -1.9. Bone mineral density was 0.630 g/cm2. Current DXA Bone Densitometry: Pediatric Z scores were as follows: AP spine -2.9 and left hip total -2.3. Bone mineral density was 0.704 g/cm2, which was an increase of 11.7% from the previous. Consultations: Patient continued following with pediatric gastroenterology for treatment of Crohns disease. Click here to continue.
