Lab Studies: None Other Studies: 1. X-ray of the tibia was negative for fracture. Case Photo #1 2. Ultrasound of the left tibia showed focal hyper echoic elevation of periosteum with irregularity over the left distal tibia measuring about 3 cm with a positive Doppler over the area.
