Lab Studies:
Blood cultures were negative, CRP 23, ESR 28, uric acid 3.7, WBC 7.09, Absolute Neutrophil Count 5.03, CMP within normal limits, Rheumatoid Factor, Lyme PCR and ANA were negative

Other Studies:
Ankle X-ray: Lucent lesions with sclerotic margins in the right distal tibial metaphysis Case Photo #1.
MRI right ankle with IV contrast: A cystic appearing distal tibial lesion exhibiting increased T1 Case Photo #3 and STIR Case Photo #2 signal with post gadolinium rim enhancement as well as prominent reactive marrow edema most concerning for Brodie's abscess.
