CT Neck Soft Tissue (with contrast): Traumatic injury to the thyroid cartilage with a mildly displaced fracture of the right thyroid cartilage lamina. No other soft tissue injury noted Case Photo #3
Nasolaryngoscopy: Patent airway with symmetric pharyngeal walls and clear tongue base/vallecula. Mild edema of the right TVF with some faint blood staining. Competent pharyngeal folds.
