Lab Studies:
Positive: Sars-CoV-2-PCR and Sars-CoV-2-PCR ab IgG
Negative: HS-Troponins, Pro-BNP, CBC, CMP, CRP, and ESR

Other Studies:
Echo showed low-normal LVEF 50%.

Holter monitor showed average HR 51-218.

Cardiac MRI was normal.

Electrophysiology study showed successful ablation of the cavo-tricuspid isthmus for presumed counterclockwise right atrial flutter, with no other abnormalities.

Consultations:
Cardiology was consulted and after reviewing the ECG showing atrial flutter, they recommended metoprolol, apixaban, and cardioversion.
