Other Studies: Initial visit xray hip - normal MRI pelvis - partial tearing, edema, and fluid signal at the left quadratus femoris muscle centered at the ischiofemoral space and quadratus femoris space. Also a bulbous masslike effect at the site of edema raising the possibility of myositis ossificans. The pubic symphysis shows mild sclerosis consistent with mild enthesophytes.
