Musculoskeletal Ultrasound done in office: showed medial meniscal tear.
X ray L knee: Minimal degenerative changes
MRI L knee: Cruciate ligaments intact. There is no evidence of meniscal tear. The medial and lateral supporting structures of the knee are intact. The joint spaces are preserved. There is no evidence of joint effusion or significant Baker's Cyst.
