X-ray right shoulder (AP IR, AP ER, axillary, outlet): Mild glenohumeral osteoarthritis without acute osseous abnormality.
MRI right chest wall: Acute high-grade myotendinous junction tear of the right teres major with 4 cm posteromedial tendon retraction, resulting in diffuse intramuscular soft tissue edema, and intramuscular hematoma. The right latissimus dorsi is intact.
