Monospot negative
HIV, Lyme negative
TSH WNL

Other Studies:
Ultrasound of neck: 3-5cm lymph nodes in supraclavicular and posterior cervical chains
Needle Biopsy: normal
Flow cytometry: normal

Chest xray: normal
PET CT: extensive tracer uptake in supraclavicular and posterior cervical chain lymph nodes
CT scan: No extranodal disease (for staging)
BM biopsy: reassuring
