Lab Studies: None Other Studies: Left knee normal Right knee shows abnormal appearing irregularity of medial femoral condyle with apparent small bony fragment adjacent, small knee joint effusion, and mild lateral tilt of the patella. An acute fracture subluxation is not seen. MRI of right knee Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2 8mm osteochondral lesion is seen along the articular surface of the medial femoral condyle. There are postsurgical changes in the distal femoral epiphysis from fixation. This fibrous tissue/prosthetic ligament/string is seen in the epiphysis. At the anchoring side there is small amount of fluid around the prosthetic ligament. There are no signs of healing. The osteochondral defect persists with surrounding mild edema in the epiphysis. The fracture line is visible. There is however, no displacement of the osteochondral fragment. There is no internal derangement of knee joint. Ligaments are intact.
