MRI of RLE: 14.5 x 3.8 x 4.5 cm hematoma between the medial head of
the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles. Complex tear of the posterior
horn of the medial meniscus of the right knee.

Lower Extremity Venous Ultrasound:
No evidence of deep venous thrombosis

Consultations:
Vascular Surgery consulted for evacuation of right lower extremity
hematoma. Orthopedic Surgery Consulted for meniscal tear.
