Electrocardiogram (ECG): Normal athletic variant with incomplete right bundle branch block, early repolarization and RSR' pattern. Case Photo #1 .
CT Coronary Angiogram: Long segment of myocardial bridging 2.04 mm deep and 44.6 mm in length starting in the mid-LAD just distal to the 1st diagonal branch extending to the distal LAD. Case Photo #2 Case Photo #3
Treadmill Stress Test: Positive stress test with ECG evidence of ischemia with clinically induced angina (patients symptoms included chest pain, shortness of breath, and lightheadedness).
Echocardiogram: Normal with no evidence of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or structural abnormality.
Cardiac catheterization: Significant myocardial bridging of mid-LAD and when stressed had elevated index of microvascular resistance and left coronary flow.
