Working Diagnosis:
Exposure to high-dose progestin

Treatment:
Employ standard precautions when administering including face shield and appropriate gloves.

Outcome:
Patient symptoms resolved within 4-5 weeks and she was able to resume competition unhindered.

Author's Comments:
This case highlights the importance of thorough and accurate history taking in obtaining the appropriate diagnosis. A thorough history is perhaps the best diagnostic tool we have.
