Initial Xray: Case Photo #1 lucency in anterior cortex concerning for anterior stress fracture
Follow up MRI: Case Photo #2 early stress reaction of tibia
Follow up CT scan: Case Photo #3 lucency in area with more of a rounded appearance concerning for osteoid osteoma.
Repeat CT scan 2 months later: Case Photo #4 continued lucency concerning for enlarging osteoid osteoma with notable soft tissue edema.
Repeat MRI 3 months later: Case Photo #7 osteoid osteoma with overlying anterior tibial stress fracture.

Consultations:
Orthopedic Radiation Oncology: For ablation of osteoid osteoma
Orthopedic Surgery: for evaluation of Anterior tibial stress fracture and placement of carbon fiber rod.
