Other Studies:
C-Spine X-ray:
-No evidence of acute osseous abnormality.
-Normal alignment on neutral and flexion radiographs.
-Limited cervical lordosis on extension radiographs, possibly positional vs soft tissue injury.

MRI brachial plexus w/o contrast:
-Increased signal intensity and mild thickening of the proximal left C5 nerve consistent with posttraumatic changes Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2 .
-No evidence of avulsion or pseudomeningocele.

EMG declined by the patient.
