MRI RLE- Enlargement and tortuosity of the lateral plantar vein with surrounding edema Case Photo #3 Case Photo #4 Case Photo #6 . US R Foot- palpable superficial cord, with noncompressible vein and Doppler study showing absence of flow Case Photo #5
US BLE- occlusive thrombus in the left midcalf veins.
