Broad Differential Diagnosis:
The initial differential diagnoses included proximal tibiofibular subluxation or dislocation, tibiofibular ligament tear, lateral patellar subluxation or dislocation, lateral collateral ligament tear, lateral meniscus tear, proximal fibular fracture, high ankle sprain or syndesmosis sprain, fibular artery injury, fibular nerve entrapment, popliteal fibular ligament disruption, distal biceps femoris tendon injury, iliotibial band syndrome, and gerdys tubercle avulsion fracture.
