ANA - Positive at 1:40, negative at 1:80 and 1:160. Speckled pattern
CBC - WBC: 4690; HGB: 16; HCT: 46.5%; PLT: 197,000; normal differential
CRP - Less than 0.1
RF - Less than 30
ESR - 2

Other Studies:
Chest X-ray - Normal.
MRA/MRV bilateral upper extremities, thoracic outlet protocol: Normal caliber subclavian/axillary arteries and veins bilaterally without external compression. No evidence of vascular etiology thoracic outlet syndrome.
Nailfold capillography: Normal on all 10 fingers [Photo 2].
