Case Photo #1 CT Head at 2 month mark:
1. Mixed density acute on subacute subdural hematomas along bilateral convexities, right greater than left.
2. Diffuse effacement of the suprasellar cistern, decrease in mammilo-pontine distance and prepontine cistern. Findings suggest intracranial hypotension.

Case Photo #2 MR Brain and C-Spine at 2 month mark:
1. Spinal longitudinal extradural collection (SLEC) spanning the ventral aspect of C2-T3 causing moderate effacement of the thecal sac. Abnormal T2/STIR hyperintense fluid in the posterior C1-C2 interspinous region. Findings consistent with CSF leak.
