Lab Studies: N/A Other Studies: Left Elbow Radiographs Grossly normal alignment. No evidence of fracture or acute bony abnormalities. No significant osteoarthritis. Numerous soft tissue calcifications consistent with phleboliths. Case Photo #1 Case Photo #2 MR Arthrogram Left Elbow Diffuse soft tissue trans-spatial infiltrative vascular malformation involving the extensor carpi radialis brevis and digitorum longus, supinator, brachialis, pronator teres, flexor carpi radialis longus, flexor digitorum superficialis and flexor digitorum profundus muscles with multiple calcified phleboliths. No evidence of intra-articular extensions of the vascular process or intraosseous involvement. No evidence of chondromalacia or degenerative arthrosis.
