Lab Studies:
CRP, CBC and ESR were with in normal range

Other Studies:
Diagnostic knee arthroscopy showed no signal change on popliteus tendon.

High resolution MRI: tibial plateau and diathesis edema and a control discrete fracture appreciated.
Impression: 1. Moderate to high grade fibrillation of the lateral patellar facet hyaline articular cartilage. | 2. Findings consistent with high grade stress injury of the lateral tibial metadiaphysis. Case Photo #1
