Lab Studies: Basic Metabolic Panel: Normal Magnesium: Normal Phosphorous: Normal Complete Blood Count: Normal Thyroid Stimulating Hormone: Normal Free T4: Normal Urinalysis: Normal Urine Human Chorionic Gonadotropin: Negative Urine Drug Screen: Negative Other Studies: Electrocardiogram: Rate 119, PR 204, QRS 82, QTc 383, Axis normal. Findings consistent with Multifocal Atrial Tachycardia. Case Photo #1 Holter Monitor: Premature Ventricular Contractions. Electrophysiology Study: Atrial Tachycardia with arrhythmogenic foci. 2-Dimensional Transthoracic Echocardiogram: Short axis view of left ventricle. Abnormal trabeculae present in left ventricular myocardium with increased ratio of noncompacted to compacted myocardium. Case Photo #2 Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Image (obtained due to abnormal echo): Increased ratio of noncompacted to compacted myocardium in the left ventricle.
