Lab Studies: None Other Studies: Right Shoulder X-ray: normal Right Shoulder MRI: remarkable for atrophy of the superior aspect of the infraspinatus; there was no cyst identified adjacent to the glenoid or within the suprascapular or spinoglenoid notch.
