- ECG: sinus bradycardia, normal athlete ECG Case Photo #1
- Stress echo: 20 seconds of narrow complex tachycardia (NCT), 250 beats per minute, no symptoms, or ischemic changes on ECG Case Photo #2 ; a short run of wide complex tachycardia (WCT) during recovery Case Photo #3
- Zio patch (4-day): Two short supraventricular tachycardias, maximum heart rate was 188 beats per minute; no symptoms during this time
- Cardiac MRI: EF 60%, no evidence of arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
- CT angiogram: Normal coronaries, no anomalous vessels, ventricles grossly normal in size
- Repeat stress test: Sprint testing reproduced dyspnea and NCT at 262 beats per minute; Arrhythmia terminated with coughing Case Photo #4
- EP study: Confirmed atypical AV nodal reentrant tachycardia with slow-slow conduction
