Clinical Vignette: A 21-year-old competitive weightlifter presented with insidious onset of left anterolateral elbow pain for 3-weeks duration. The pain severity was rated as 2/10 at rest and increased to a 7/10 with back and biceps exercises. The pain was described as sharp and radiated to the proximal lateral forearm. On exam, elbow pain was provoked with resisted supination and flexion.
