7/20/11 X-rays: 34 degree left thoracic curve from T1-T5 and a 27-degree right thoracic curve from T6-T12
7/26/11 MRI c-spine: Chiari malformation with tonsils projecting 2.5 cm below the foramen
magnum, and compression of the cervical medullary junction. Large syrinx extending continuously from C2 to T8 levels with expansion of the spinal cord.

Neurosurgery was consulted and advised decompression of the syrinx.
