Lab Studies: Complete blood count, comprehensive metabolic profile, and urinalysis were normal. Antiphospholipid workup was negative Antinuclear antibody +1:1280 with positive centromere Other Studies: The initial x-ray with carpal tunnel view of right wrist revealed no evidence of fracture or dislocation Case Photo #1 . MRI of right hand revealed no fracture of the hamate. There was a fusiform aneurysmal dilation of the ulnar artery with loss of the flow void concerning for thrombosis Case Photo #2 . IR angiogram of the right upper extremity showed an occlusion of the ulnar artery at the wrist with tiny collateral vessels into the hand, no significant opacification of the vessels of the fifth digit with only delayed filling of a small palmar arch.
