Lab Studies:
No labs were ordered on the initial visit

Other Studies:
RIGHT LOWER LEG U/S DOPPLER: <br>No sonographic evidence of right lower extremity DVT. Ill-defined hypoechoic area of change measuring 29mm, raising a possibility of muscle tear and / or intra-muscular hematoma. However, neoplasm could not be excluded given mass-like appearance. An MRI w/o IV contrast was recommended. <br> <br>RIGHT FEMUR X-RAY: <br>Mild degenerative changes of the right hip joint with Cam-type femoroacetabular impingement in the adequate clinical setting <a href="CaseStudyImages/CS4CS3CS2CS1AnUnusua-1066.jpg" title="Case Photo #4" data-lity><b>Case Photo #4</b></a> <a href="CaseStudyImages/CS5CS4CS3CS2CS1AnUnu-1066.jpg" title="Case Photo #5" data-lity><b>Case Photo #5</b></a> <a href="CaseStudyImages/CS6CS5CS4CS3CS2CS1An-1066.jpg" title="Case Photo #6" data-lity><b>Case Photo #6</b></a> . <br> <br>MRI RIGHT FEMUR W/O CONTRAST: <br>High-grade mid-substance right sartorius muscle tear with associated intramuscular hematoma, interfascial fluid, and significant surrounding edema <a href="CaseStudyImages/CS1AnUnusualCaseofAt-1066.jpg" title="Case Photo #1" data-lity><b>Case Photo #1</b></a> <a href="CaseStudyImages/CS2CS1AnUnusualCaseo-1066.jpg" title="Case Photo #2" data-lity><b>Case Photo #2</b></a> <a href="CaseStudyImages/CS3CS2CS1AnUnusualCa-1066.jpg" title="Case Photo #3" data-lity><b>Case Photo #3</b></a> . A mass lesion was considered much less likely. A short-term follow-up in 3 months was recommended.
