Radiograph of the left elbow Case Photo #1 : A 3.5 x 2.1 x 1.6 cm lesion was present in the proximal ulnar metadiaphysis. No acute fracture or dislocation.

MRI of the left elbow Case Photo #2 : Lesion displayed homogenous enhancement with contrast. Cortical bone thinning and scalloping was present. Mild thickening and hyperintensity of the ulnar nerve.
