Lab Studies:
CBC, BMP, LFTs, intact PTH, and TSH were normal
Vitamin D 25-OH level = 13 below normal

Other Studies:
X-Rays: Initial hip and lumbar spine series were unremarkable and repeat hip x-rays were negative
MRI arthrogram of right hip: showed right sacral ala stress fracture Case Photo #1 , Case Photo #2
X-ray bone length orthorentogram: showed right leg = 85.5cm and left leg = 84.5cm; 1cm left short leg length discrepancy
