Lab Studies: o MRI revealed multiseptated lesion within the right C1-C4 hemi-cord Case Photo #1 o CSF analysis including AFB and fungal culture was unremarkable o Intraspinal lesion biopsy with gram stain showed gram negative rods o All blood cultures were negative Other Studies: MRI Post posterior decompression of C2-C4 6 weeks later showed epidural seroma versus hematoma Case Photo #2 Consultations: Infectious disease, interventional radiology, neurology, and orthopedics.
