Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA): Left external iliac artery endofibrosis with 3 mm narrowing. All other vasculature was patent and normal. Case Photo #1

Computed tomography angiography (CTA) abdomen/pelvis: Normal arterial vasculature with no narrowing.

Resting and post-exercise ankle-brachial index (ABI): Resting: R 1.11 L 1.05; Post-exercise: R 1.01 L 0.27 (delta of 0.78).

Arterial duplex ultrasound: Left lower extremity: Normal resting duplex. Post exercise iliac artery duplex shows elevated velocity with abnormal waveforms. Vessel also appears to be narrowed.
